18th Century Pennsylvania Side Chair American
Ca. 1750
An unadorned example in amber walnut. Notice the well formed
cupid's bow crest rail. It appears to retain its original slip
seat frame which is finished in a colorful flame stich pattern

Overall very good. The finish is a pleasing low luster. There is a crack at the bottom inside on one side of the shoe for the splat. There are also a few short cracks at the top of the
front leg stiles. One of the glue blocks appears to be original
